Technical generation failures

A technical generation failure automatically returns the 100 credits reserved for that task, once. Returned credits can be used for another attempt. This is a credit return, not a cash refund.

Purchase refund requests

Contact support@zombiecouplevideoai.org within 14 days to request a refund for an unused credit pack. Used credits and completed generations are not automatically refundable. For a billing error or failure to deliver the advertised function, include your order reference so we can investigate. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.

AI output variation

Review the full example before purchasing. AI likeness, hands, movement, scene details and audio can vary. A successful result does not guarantee a particular identity match or social-media reach. Discuss a materially incorrect result with support. Each new generation uses another 100 credits; retries are not automatically free.
